I couldn’t have imagined that waking up at 5–6 AM would suit me. I also set up a script on my Mac that, based on a calendar event, starts playing music on Spotify. So now, I wake up to an alert, and then my Mac automatically starts the music 😮‍💨 .

Idk what helps me focus on work 😂. But for me, sometimes taking a walk with my camera or doing some street workouts really gives me new energy for work. I’m also pretty hooked on music 😅, though sometimes it doesn’t help and ends up distracting me.
