just finished my first 5k and wow, my legs feel like jelly lol 😅 but it’s kinda amazing what our bodies can do when we push them a bit. shoutout to my buddy Alex who kept me going when I wanted to quit. we might not be the fastest but we sure had fun! 🏃‍♂️💨 anyone else done a run like this? any tips for recovery? drop em in the comments!
