100 k is circa 750 usd which will be lot for most newcomers 
I do appreciate for people that came in early, 100k is not much but for someone like me , that is not crypto rich, and that join late so didnt experience the large early on tips , It will not be nothing ! 
I have the bag so it’s fine but if onboarding new people is also part of the strategy, then 25 to 50k should be the way … imo

Thanks for saying that @arrotu. If I may let me add that 100k is what I'm paid for 6 months of work if you can believe me. Which means I can be a part of degen community if I don't eat and save up all I get paid for six straight months. (And that's not taking into accountbthe cost for commuting to work)

Good insight. I'm in this category. Even the 50k you suggested, I really can't afford it. I could strive hard maybe to get 25k which I don't see people voting for really.
