Can someone explain what the definition of "free" is? If I have to drive my 🚗 from A to B and don't encounter taxes or anything along the ride, it's still not free, I still have to pay ⛽ for the car to run. A "free mint" transaction on Zora usually costs 0.00777 eth. I know it's negligible but it's not "free"

I fully agree with you .. this kind of mint shouldn’t be called free mint … and the same applies to the other platform.. I runned fully free mint (outside of gas -so technically it free either) but it does have less exposure and I caved But coming back to it.. what term would you call that kind of mint ?

Idk some word/slang that says "I as a creator don't collect revenue from this mint" The actual solution is that Zora drops the 0.0077 default fee and just charges the actual gas cost. I wouldn't mind calling a $0.00042 cost mint a free mint. $2-$3 is not "free" it's "beer money"
