I prefer liquidity pools (LPs) over staking. While staking popular coins like Ethereum or Solana offers good APY, risks like token lock-ups often outweigh the benefits for me.

Research reputable validators to avoid penalties.

Use secure platforms, ideally with cold wallets. 

Understand lock up periods and inflation risks.

Lock ups limit flexibility during market swings, especially in bearish trends. For beginners, I suggest exploring liquid staking for more freedom.
