Ok, so workout average pace was 1:15 per 100 yards, that 75 seconds/10 = 7.5 that rounds up to 8

So every 8th person staring at one will get a Tiny Pepe.

Hell of a pace!  My pool is very short so not comparable but here was a swim I did this summer.
