Today’s dinner at a Michelin rated seafood restaurant in Paris. Highlight of the meal was the appetizer, a seabass carpaccio. Bouillabase was ok but needed some seasoning and mashed potato cod dish was rich but very good. Plum clafoutis for dessert was excellent. 🇫🇷 🧑‍🍳

Wasn’t on the menu unfortunately but I had this amazing Parisian flan for lunch. I’ll post later with more details but this was so good and similar to crème brûlée.
