How do the Hamchain rewards work, what has to happen to generate rewards?

You have to do staking, but of what?

You but and stake casters tokens on Hamchain to get rewards.

Yup, you get an apr.  there is a tool @mvr made called Hamscout that is really useful to figure out the apy of each token

I understand, but if I have your chips for example in the Hamchain, should I bet them to you, or can I bet them to others?

And how do the rewards in proportion work, is there an APR?

I'm sorry for so many questions, but I can't get much information about it.
