This week in Denver was one of the best weeks of my life. I got to spend time with some of the most interesting and ambitious people in the world at Edge City. Meeting so many of my internet friends in person was very special. Just the beginning though. Headed to SF tomorrow.

Yes. I consider religion an anti-rational meme, to use David Deutsch’s terminology. It is an idea that relies on disabling people’s critical faculties to get itself to be replicated. Example: common tactics like inducing shame or guilt if one does something “wrong”.
