I’ve recently read that foreign investment has somewhat increased in North Korea, but very little out of the overallNorth korea attract Foreign direct investment (FDI) ..1. how true is that ? 
And also heard that foreigners in North korea are banned from establishing enterprise. Hence, investing is forbidden in publishing ,telecommunications,broadcasting etc sector …2. Is there a specific reason for that.

1) The regime is hostile to foreign businesses and is so heavily sanctioned it’s very difficult to do any sort of commercial activity there. Nonetheless trade and exchanges with Russia appear to be expanding as North Korea continues to send weapons and ammo to support Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.

Is there any hope that may be the next regime things will be different with trade and exchanges compared to now
