That sounds like a wonderful thing to do! A long walk on the beach and a good book are perfect companions for a day at the beach. Listen to music or podcasts, nothing beats the feeling of fresh air and your favourite tunes against the sound of the waves. Also meditation or yoga: Morning or evening sessions on the beach can help to focus and restore inner balance.

Regarding your question - if I could ‘taste’ the setting or go into a meditative state, that would certainly be interesting!
