shocked at how some people have 0 fear. Was outside, on the phone, and didn't immediately notice the man approaching. As he was passing by he petted my dog, without asking, without saying anything. Bro, its a Doberman. Luckily she is friendly, but who on earth put hands on random dog?! she could've been aggressive!

I’d pet that dog but I’d ask you if it was ok first. Probably. You can tell a lot by a dogs mannerisms whether they’ve got a screw loose or not.
