👾#Crypto Coinbase revealed that attackers gained access to limited customer data by bribing overseas support staff and conducting social engineering attacks. The breach affected less than 1% of monthly active users and involved names, addresses, phone numbers, and partial account details. No passwords, private keys, or funds were compromised. Coinbase also confirmed it rejected a $20 million extortion demand.
