Awabi + Goya + Mozuku + Nasu For me the best combination when you want to spend a night drinking some good sake πΆ but donβt want to eat too much. Left: Awabi is a shellfish, grilled with soy sauce Right: Goya is a vegetable originally from Okinawa and is the bitter taste I ever tried in my life. πππ but I love it π Up: Mozuku is a seaweed prepared with rice vinegar and tororo (is a grated yam) Bottom: simple eggplant in soy sauce + katsuo bushi (grated dried fish)
