Gm 🍓 a lesson in going with natures flow. Last year, we dug up and moved all of our strawberries out of this bed and planted 13 new blueberries and two new grapes here. The strawberries had a different plan and came back this spring bigger than ever. Now we have two strawberry beds, and the new blueberry bed is weed free thanks to the very determined strawberry ground cover.

Amazing! That is a frigging lush carpet of strawbz! We have a lot of strawberries blanketing large areas of our allotment plot too, started with maybe 8-10 plants and they just spread and spread. As you say, they're pretty good for supressing some weeds, so it's great to have them!

I agree! They spread so easily, and for a ground cover, there is nothing tastier 😋

For sure. My daughter loved picking them and eating them all last season, and I'm sure she will again this season! So let's hope it's a bumper crop, otherwise there won't be anything left for arfs... 😹🍓

Haha I know the feeling. We have a one bucket, 3 mouth rule. If your face is stained by the end of picking your in trouble lol
