We live in a time where kindness is taken as weakness and is prone to be exploited until you are financially, physically and emotionally drained.

Learning to say No even if you can help is ultra important... and that is what to naturally kind people feel as wickedness.

The disadvantage of being kind all the time is that you unconsciously teach people to remember you only when they want something...and once they unconsciously label you as that...they will never turn up for you when you are in need even if they have the means.
