Japan's obesity rate is 3%. America's obesity rate is 40%. And guess what? No one in Japan is doing paleo, vegan, or carnivore diets. They're just eating REAL FOOD. None of our processed junk. Meanwhile, we're over here fasting, cold plunging, and complicating our lives. In Japan, they just eat normally and walk around. Hope RFK make US healthy.
