I haven’t really had the opportunity to design any products while working closely with web3 engineers, so I couldn’t say much about the potential limitations or anything; But generally speaking, in-app would feel the best.

I don’t really make polls very often, but I think the ux of having a proper ui to create (and vote) on polls goes a long way. Especially when viewing poll results, and being able to just quickly tap your choice.
