Great pairing! One thing I miss the most from no longer being an expat (10 years in Eastern Europe and a few in the Middle East) is discovering new cuisine. The food in Finland and Sweden is excellent. Honestly, I've found food to love in every country I've been to, but Scandinavia hits home nicely.
