It's my 6 month anniversary of NO XANAX 🔥 After over a decade-long habit, I took a full year to taper off of 2mg per night. The most common question I'm asked is, "How did you do it?" I wrote this when I was at the finish line in October of 2023. Every day won't always be easy, but it will be worth it.

Ok this is something to really celebrate. Proud of you for doing this. You have to feel all the feels if you want to live. There will be days when you think you can’t but you will. 63 $degen
