@july could you add me as a member of engineering, I'd like to post my insights and experiences as a Civil Engineer who handles primarily municipal engineering. For example: Just started doing a peer review of a public roadway design that is far along in design, however, they have completely ignored the fact they are filling a large amount into floodplains which is a key design item that is always checked. For every project, always check big picture items and document clearly, otherwise, you risk losing large amounts of time/money.
