I love seeing all the pics of yummy meals... but... I woke up in a mood and I'm ready to fight! What are some of your favorite /grilling setups? I'll start - I love the kamado style grill for its versatility, going low and slow to super high temps (pizza @ 800f, yes!) Also love griddletops like Blackstone.. You?

Webber Performer pro 22". Enough room for direct and indirect heat. Probably use it 2-3x/week.
