What’s the most efficient way to sync casts and tweets?

So when I cast, I also tweet the same thing at the same time. Is anyone working on this?

Seems like a solid starting point, I’ll try to open a PR to make it work again with the new api

I made a dev-friendly version of this a while ago https://github.com/gskril/farcaster-tweeter. I don't think it works anymore due to Farcaster API changes but I can update it if people want
