Don't worry, nonce overrides are available on the confirmation screen (in 12.12 and 12.13). Click the top right icon to view and edit the nonce.

In 12.13 we cleaned up a deprecated "Customize transaction nonce" option in our global settings. But nonce customization was already available on the confirmation screen for all users regardless of this setting.
