I don't see this doing much. 

Most people just keep 10k in their wallets anyway to get tips. Why will locking the same amount ($75) up for 3 months make a difference? 

lock up to 100k and make the farmers really decide if $750 is worth continuing.

I feel like you’re boxing out real people if the amount gets raised, not just farmers.  

I’d be curious to see how many of the 545k holders have over 100k versus those who don’t.

You mean to say that many people keep 10k degen and do NOT have alovance. And they have been holding degens for a long time, not because they believe in him, but because they have forgotten about them.
If the amount rises to 100k, 2-3 people will remain in the game.
