So here's my theory; @proxystudio are aware of the widespread deployment of low-quality "clankers," which is diluting the overall standard of clanks. To address this, Anoncast has introduced Anonfun, a mechanism that restricts the release of subpar clanker launches. @anonfun requires users to hold a certain amount of tokens to launch, ensuring that only quality clanks are released. @anoncast collects all fees and royalties from clanker launches via Anonfun. Perhaps they have an agreed rate with Proxy Studios also.

Needing token holdings to launch, the strat ensures a steady flow of high-quality content, rather than an overwhelming number of releases (e.g., 20 per hour). Since Anonfun is launched anonymously through Anonfun, the Anoncast developers are rewarded for their efforts. It makes sense for Anoncast to tokenise Anonfun in a similar way to how they tokenise Anon for Anoncast, limiting the number of participants to those who can actively cast or launch, producing quality memes and attention to base.
