I had about 3 hours sleep last night (launches are fun but kill my sleep). 

Got up at 6am and minded 2 kids for a few hours. 

Then went out for a heavy (and delicious) Indian meal with 2 beers at around 3pm.

Web3 and having kids are very similar. You don’t get any sleep with either.
