Getting ready to deploy v0.1 of Veil Cash on Base Mainnet in the next few days. This version will allow manually approved depositors use the privacy pools of Veil.

**Requirements**
Because of what Veil cash does, I want users who I've had dealings with in some capacity. I already have a rough idea of these users, but I want to open it up to others. 

Must be willing to use publicly linked address for deposits.

**Preferred**
- Builders / Enjoyers of ZKTech + Privacy
- Willing to actually deposit / withdraw
- Understand we are early
- Not North Korean
