Matcha affogato in the morning. 🌤 
It's half cloudy outside, so I'm feeling a little gloomy today. 

Need an energy boost! 
With a really easy recipe (can I use the word recipe because it's too easy? 😂) 

- 5g of premium grade matcha 
- 30ml of milk of your choice 
- 1 scoop of your favourite ice cream (soft flavour, such as vanilla or machademia). 

To prepare🔸️
Just whisk together your milk and matcha, then pour over your favourite ice cream! There you go! 😆😆 

(or if you want ceremonial grade is amazing, although I usually use ceremonial on usucha, the light tea)
