How should you be in charge of handing out tips in messages in the degen community?

It is not only a matter of being active, but also of being clear about what it means to be part of this community.

Whoever delivers the messages should be:
Neutral, no personal preferences, only collective vision.
Committed, knows the rules of the game and respects the value of each member, not only the most powerful, the network has no heroes 
Fair, understands that fair distribution is not equal distribution, but according to contributions, times and roles.
Transparent, if there are doubts, that each decision can be explained, the value is in the people.

It is not about controlling, but about strengthening.
If you want to assume this role, or propose someone to represent it, now is the time.

Let's build community, not hierarchy.
