I love it! I’m always that ‘tricky team member’ who challenges the norm and questions why things are done the way they are. Funny enough, despite occasionally pushing people’s buttons, this attitude has brought innovation and growth to the teams I’ve worked with.

Having said this, I also really enjoy the other side —people in my team questioning why I do things the why I do… It leads to reflection or improvements  🙌 plus it shows involvement and ownership of their role.
