Hi Casters. I spent last weekend with some family members in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy. One morning we watched a cooperative make Parmigiano Reggiano and at the end we walked into this storage room. It looked so amazing and I took this photo.

I’ve never been there, but from the photo I can already smell the cheese and crave pasta for breakfast. Absolutely amazing — even my fridge cheese drawer is jealous of that room!
