Today I made a gastronomic sin 🫣 I prepared “Genovese” that is not the more popular Genovese Pesto that is from Liguria region, but it’s a Neapolitan Genovese. Preparation is very easy but the cook time is very long. You need only Onions and beef muscles, a little of tomato concentrate paste. Let goes the beef in EVoil until it turns brown. After that add the onions, a lot of onions, millions of onions 😂 So lower the fire at the minimum and let go for at least 4 hours. Don’t add water because onion will release a lot of liquids. Result is out of this world 🫣😅 If you want to do it just search: Neapolitan Genovese on Google 😉
