Nothing else like stake degen token or most I have NFT before I can be allowed to stake degen token??

You can become an investor and stake DEGEN using the attack icon buttons at the bottom of the screen. In the desktop version of the game, the buttons are labeled with text. The mobile version lacks text, but we are working to make the interface intuitively understandable for users.
