Pro tip: how to reheat polenta or grits Boil water, add a little bit of the hot water to the cold polenta, whisk it in, microwave for minute to heat it throughly, taste for seasoning (it'll be diluted now) Enjoy 😋

I usually make polenta with brisket/slowroast beef; I like to reheat it using the juices And sometimes I’ll even cut a block and fry it on the pan ahhhh

Yum 😋 We had polenta with sausage and sauteed mushrooms yesterday So delicious For breakfast I had the rest of the polenta and added fries eggs and refried beans 😋
