Appreciation of the Day
Today, I want to take a moment to be grateful.
Grateful that I can still breathe, still learn, still try.
Thank you to this body that keeps moving even when it’s tired,
to this heart that keeps going even when it trembles.
And for all the little things that are often forgotten—the rising sun, the morning air,
and the kind people who show up, even if just for a moment.
Today may not be perfect,
but it’s still worth appreciating
