The OG «Degen» art?

Interestingly, the 1938 'Law on the Confiscation of Products of Degenerate Art' was never repealed after the WWII and remains in effect today, so museums can’t claim confiscated works from the 'degenerate art' campaign.

Here is one of my fav Kandinsky pieces. A lot more negative space vs his Degen piece
