I have a local community center across the street, and every weekend I hear them playing drums. The sound itself is quite smooth and meditative, but since they usually play for several hours straight, it can get a little annoying. Yesterday I met a Japanese lady that gives those taiko drumming lessons. Naturally signed up for this Sunday.
