one of my biggest learnings about me + my adhd is that in order to thrive (aka function), i *NEED* to lean heavily into my routines and rituals. i’ve done a lot of experimenting on what works (and what doesn’t) in the past few years...and i think i’ve finally figured out how to “master my mornings”. here’s what that looks like for me: • wake up 2.5 hours before any meetings (usually around 4:20am lol literally) • don’t open up work chats or think about work until 1 hour before mtgs • make a hot cup of coffee and go on a 10-15 minute walk • stretch and listen to music • do at least 1 house task (tidy up, fold laundry, dishes, etc) (list is not in order rly but yes) i’m curious to know what morning habits/routines/rituals work for u???
