ok i shared this on tw*tter so ima share this here: we need more ‘girl’s girls’ in crypto and it shows less pick-mes — what a ‘girl’s girl’ isn’t ↴ • downplaying someone’s success / viewing other women as competition • gatekeeping opportunities or info to stay ahead • only supporting other women publicly to benefit their image • gives backhanded compliments • staying silent when someone else is being disrespected • just being rude for no reason what a girl’s girl is ↴ • giving credit where it’s due & celebrating other’s wins • trusts that someone else’s success doesn’t take away from your own • keeps it real. gives genuine advice or feedback that helps (not hurts) • doesn’t see competition bc they are secure within themselves • moves with integrity even when no one’s watching • intentionally & authentically creates space + opportunities for others • two words: INTERSECTIONAL FEMINISM (!!!!!!) • doesn’t make friends for the sake of clout.
