What's involved in recording a treadmill class?  Are you running?  Do you have to talk the whole time?

Seems mean to have to do it in consecutive days, haha.

here’s an example from a studio test/audition for one of the fitness apps i did back in 2021. this one is for cycling, but basically:
- i create the workouts
- i do the workouts at relatively full effort still for the most part! some trainers “ease” off, but it’s hard for me to teach with intensity when i’m half-assing lol. 
- i have to yell/talk mostly the entire time i’m running, cycling, etc. LOL

Whoa!  No wonder you're sore... you must be so fit to yell while exercising - I cannot comprehend it.  Super impressed!

Also, this looks all so legit... the lighting is total professional.
