I attend multiple conferences a year and my hot take is:

Why do men SCARE WOMEN away? Like why? 

There are not many women in the industry. Not at all. Those that are here, or especially trying to enter, are most likely having a hard time trying to be here 

Why would you scare women away with your “hot takes” and “smart” jokes? Why would you address the men assuming they work in crypto and not the girls? 

I faced that multiple times during my time in Brussels and I honestly think it’s so outdated. If you doing that, seriously, just stop

My mind cannot comprehend the idea of making jokes about women that are less knowledgeable in crypto compared to you (or so you think) 

1. Of women 
2. You think so, doesn’t mean it’s true 
3. You’re a 50-year old dude and there’s a 20-something old girl in front of you 

Does making any comments make you look better/smarter/more attractive? 

My mind cannot comprehend PERIODT

Because these are not real men. They are crypto bros that can’t pick up.

They don’t understand the beauty of women and in turn women don’t respect them. 

Imagine in their real life the response they get from a girl when they just yap about crypto? And so the feedback loop continues
