How’s that possible that people tipped me and I only got 1600 allowance points to tip out? It means I was only tipped 1600 in the previous round?

Hey, tip allowances for Period 3 are not correlated with tips received in P2 but are instead based on accrued IPs and token holdings. We will continue to adjust the allocation weights for future periods.
