When you use Wallet Connect you can get the URI from the site you are trying to connect to (ie OpenSea, Zora, etc) from the wallet Connect popup by clicking the copy icon usually found in the top right corner. During login you will need your setter pass page open as well as the site you are trying to login to with your TBA at the same time.
