today was a day that flew by at the speed of light!  chasing deadlines, meetings back-to-back, basically complete turbulence.  and here i am at a railroad crossing, a red "stop" right in front of me.  and you know what? it suddenly occurred to me that it's a sign from above. a sign that it's time to slow down, breathe out and just rest.  we all need our own personal "stop" sometimes. 🛑
