The creator of Dragon's Dogma left Capcom after 30 years of work 🔥 Game designer Hideaki Itsuno announced his retirement from Capcom, where he worked since 1994. Starting this month, he will start creating the game in a "new environment" — apparently in a new studio. In the future, Itsuno hopes to make fun and beautiful games that will be no less (or even more) memorable than his past work. The designer's latest project at Capcom was Dragon's Dogma 2, released in March. Itsuno also led the development of the original Dragon's Dogma (the idea came to him back in 2000) and all the latest Devil May Cry, starting with the third part. It is unclear who will lead these franchises after Itsuno's departure.
