I’ve come to understand the importance of working in my own “PACE” not in the speed anyone wants me to work in, i.e the speed that my parents may want me to work in, the speed my friends may expect me to work in, the speed peer pressure may want me to work in or maybe the speed the society may want me to work in.
I give no attention to these as i have perceived them as “pressure” so I work in my own “PACE and COMFORT”

As individuals, working and doing things at our own paces rather than listening to others opinions or actions is very important so as to live a smooth live void of jealousy and future complications

My brother made this delicious nkwobi yesterday , I found him in  the kitchen when I got to the house 😊. 

My sister-in-law made this Abacha ( African salad).

This is a correct african soup, nutritious and can be eaten without any swallow.
It is one of my favorite dishes, especially the abacha

Mine is Monday, what’s yours and why?

My reasons are because Mondays provide an exciting opportunity to start over by taking up new habits that add to your well-being and promote your life values and principles over the week. I guess it’s save to say everyone is always serious on Mondays 😃

I would say my favorite day of the week is the weekend, i.e Saturday and Sunday because it allows me time to rejuvenate and plan ahead for the coming week.
