It’s a hard dependency unfortunately. Until there is a battle tested decentralized reputation score, I need to rely on it to prevent sophisticated airdrop farmers from ruining the fun.

is there a better system available than power badge to handle the spam/farming problem?

i was a day 1 buyer and LP provider for a token and now am banned from getting the rewards i have accrued because Merkle Manufactury has the power to black-ball us with zero recourse.

Power badges should not exist it's so toxic! People should be able to be seen at all levels... If this is a social media ofc, other clients do not use the power badge btw... The answer you are going to get is: build your own client or use another client.
