I have gone through a lot of pain and suffering and it was worth it!

Without it how would we define pleasure? In my world of catching large Bluefin we will be stuck on fish for hours. The paingame is real and blocking it out is a talent in itself. NO PAIN NO GAIN 💪 🦾

There were many times when I did nothing because I was afraid of the pain that would come. In the end, i got nothing. 
But i will face the pain in the future!!!

Sometimes its acceptable but there are going to be times when you are not going to be able to use it xD And you would wish to have endured some pain before! 

Imagine not feeling any pain the first 20 years of your life, and then feeling a burn, i bet it will kill you hahahaha

While pain can be a motivator, I believe that finding balance between pushing through challenges and self-care is essential
