Just opened Tradingview indicator says time to go long... 
1 hour timeframe is long.
4 hour timeframe is long.
Daily timeframe is still short, it has to go above 63k to flip long, right now is at resistance! 

I would not long here, i would not short it tho...

Difficult to go above 63 as on dsily time frame its looking weak. But definetly a quick scalp can be made
